This is one of Skocic's great achievements. To empower the players to become self-sufficient in managing themselves. As Allah's inferior western compatriot said, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Serve up hopeless performance after hopeless performance through an embarrassing lack of competency and qualification for your job and you feed him for a lifetime."

The options are:
- More clear "feedback" from our senior players, and we find ourselves in a situation where both Azmoun and Taremi are dropped..
- We thank him for his amazing results, he goes on to manage a top Iranian club side and we get a coach who the players respect.
It is better if all this happens sooner rather than later as it will be disruptive if it happens just before the WC
Unfortunately, I predict chaos and that we will qualify with more and more players become openly mocking or disrespectful to Skocic, then getting dropped in forthcoming games. IFF have had a great return on investment for him and he is bargain basement so they are unlikely to do anything, almost all replacements would be more expensive. It's a Catch-22.

Yea Skocic lost his cool, how many times we’ve seen coaches lose their cool? Hell watch Porto marches and how SC loses his cool.
Props to Sardar for keeping it together. I expect nothing less from a player with his caliber, but let’s get real, now we are just grasping at straws picking Skocic apart. Yes he is not of a caliber coach we need, but for the love of all that is holy let’s stop creating drama. I’m going to bet the Iranian media is going to post that clip left and right to create more BS drama for TM when the whole team needs to focus on the next match.
Edit: also, I’m willing to bet shared frustration against the Lebanese team is pretty much shared among TM and all of us. Hajsafi got a yellow after the second goal.
Edit edit: I didn’t even realize Skocic got a red at the end

In general it is hard for any coach to succeed long term in such an atmosphere, their judgement will be hampered, and any thoughts of a long term vision for building the team will go out the window, as the guy is just focused on surviving game to game. And as you can see, the players (here sardar) are acutely aware of skocic's current state.
That's what he said regaring Skocic behaviour
Marijo noted about Dragan Skovic's behavior after iran's first goal, which was provocative: it is very hard to explain such a thing, but in games like this that are very tense and the opponent's team constantly interrupts the game, it affects and annoys you, such moves are normal. our excitement was high at that moment, and it was not so unnatural to show such a move by our head coach.
