skocic lost his rag at the end bc his job was flashing before his eyes. In general it is hard for any coach to succeed long term in such an atmosphere, their judgement will be hampered, and any thoughts of a long term vision for building the team will go out the window, as the guy is just focused on surviving game to game. And as you can see, the players (here sardar) are acutely aware of skocic's current state.
