This tournament is more commercial. Iran and Russia had to be at the final. That is how the organizers are going to make money!!

That said, Iran played better than previous match. The lapses in concentration runs in all of our sports so nothing new!!! and there is no cure/vaccine for it yet! :-)

Great win for Iran to reach the finals for a rematch with Russia.

I heard the true Iranian national anthem again after the win. It was so heart warming to see the fans sing along with the anthem to the players rhythmically clapping.

ps. Shout out to the older Iranian fan in the stands with a t-shirt that said "Supremacy"

I was nervous all through the match.

I am HAPPY we won.

If Iran plays a basic or similar to today, we have a chance to win the final. Otherwise, second place also would be great accomplishment.
