That's a bit shallow to say the least.
If we lost Taremi due to 2 yellow cards or injury and the rest of the team's morale wasn't affected by the hand-grenade thrown by Taremi into the field, then yes.
But the situation our simple-minded star has created is beyond just his own absence, the team morale is affected, huge blast radius. Not fair to say it's just "playing without Taremi".

What he misses completely on though is that there should be discipline and order within the family, not a free for all where anyone can say or do whatever they want without consequence. Can't expect more from Azizi on this. He had several issues with several coaches... he is very unlikely to every think a player is wrong in these sorts of situations.

When did he say player is not wrong. He said it is not a major matter and it shouldn't have been allowed to escalate like this. He said even if the player is wrong, there were other ways to punish the player, like make him sit on the bench. I thought he was very good in the interview.
