Apparently the Syrian legend and Iraqi legend who played In that game are under scrutiny for their involvement also.

i don't get the obsession for iranians with israel. probably just a bunch of anti-Semites.
The term anti-Semite was created to shut the people up. I do not shut up. I argue which is worse? anti-Semite or being anti-human?
Using the term anti-Semite while killing several million people among them children and elderly is considered worse than that term.
Surprised some of our members fall for Western propaganda.

            seperation of sports
            from politics should be
            #1priority of every sport fan.
really what goes on in the world
of politics has nothing to do with
sports. sports is what make people
of all type to share a common goal so please
let us sport fan enjoy our sport,we dont come interfere with your politics ,you do you and let us
            enjoy our sport.

Sports are designed to bring people together, not separate them. This is ridiculous

The reason he is being attacked has nothing to do with israel. Surely this board is smart enough to recognize that.

For a long time certain IR elements have had it out for Kia (look at the degenrates that run SS attacking him and his club hours before huge euro tournament final vs Anderlecht to say they were using overage players, a claim the tournament organizer was so embarassed to share with kia that he personally took one look at the player in question and gave his profuse apologies). These are many of the same jealous, incompetent, koon nashoor pricks that went after CQ in the manner which they did. They were waiting for something the pin on kia and this bizarre attack is apparently their best attempt

Kia knows the game though, he has some friends in high places who managed to get him into the u23 post despite the elements I mentioned. Lets just see what ends up happening.

Khak bar sare IR. Do these illiterate donkeys even know where Israel is? Is there even one single day, where they won't embarrass us in the world media? So ironic that these filthy mullahs are more obsessed with Israel than Arabs actually are.

So what? He was invited and simply joined them, which was a nice move in my opinion. Doesn't mean that Mehdi is considered an Arab. In every article that I read, it said: Mahdavikia was the only non-Arab in the team. We need to build better relations with our neighbours. The Arab (eventhough many Iranians like to believe this) is not our enemy. Our biggest enemy is IR.

Who are the Iranians that like to believe this? Iraq's economy is buoyed by people from Iran who go to Haj. Same with the Saudis and Kaaabaa. You mean Iranians on this thread? Then yes, I agree. But let's be honest, no one knows the identity of anyone on this thread. They could be anyone,, and it would be naive to believe no one from western intelligence or their allies monitors sports threads like this one. Where better to observe people's mindset and propensity in adopting certain beliefs when they're in their most emotional and raw state (which is when watching sports)?

And it will certainly happen. 48 teams and Iran and Israel will both be there, yikes...

Certainly some Arab teams may protest too (with the exception of UAE, Bahrain, Morocco). There will be lots of drama

                                More info:

The legends team coach was Israeli, which has also been a main reason why Mehdi is getting criticized. He said he didn't know an Israeli coach was going to be there

Younis Mahmoud said a lot of players crossed out the Israeli flag and said Kia did as well

People in the IFF are supporting Kia and saying that politicians are judging him without knowing the info
