Skocic had a very long interview with Varzesh and Mardom. Here are a few of the links from Varzesh3. My respect for him went up a notch. He is very professional yet very balanced and confident. One of the most important points is that he emphasized that he doesn't have a good selection list in defense and MF and the league has not produced enough talent in those areas. He said that the league has gone backwards in terms of quality and COVID-19 and empty stadium has affected the players. Another important point is how he indirectly talked about the Kanaanizadegn incident without mentioning his name. He said that when we are part of TM (he included himself) we need to be three times more responsible and think first before we do anything because we are representing a whole nation. He said that at the same time there needs to be a balance between discipline and forgiveness. He said there will be new invitees to TM for the next two matches (we already know about Shahab) but the list will not be much different from the past.
