Скучная, неинтересная игра, пару раз чуть не заснул. Смотрел ее, т.к. ждал Азмуна, но, как обычно, ему выделили последние минуты, за которые ничего не возможно продемонстрировать. Тренер долбоеб, раньше надо было думать об усилении, видно же, что Лейпциг возит Байер. Бодались равные команды, где Лейпциг был свежей и расторопней. Опасные моменты возникали не в результате красивых комбинаций, а благодаря ошибкам и срезкам игроков обеих команд. Короче, вычеркнул из жизни 2 часа, лучше бы занялся чем-нибудь полезным).

From what I saw in today's match, I would bet money on Sardar scoring if he is match fit and ready to play 90 minutes (he is not, but he'll get there). Don't forget that he could/should have scored 2 on his first match debut (just didn't time/connect with the crosses in front of the goal). It's only a matter of time. He is definitely BL level worthy, but needs to get to the level of fitness necessary to predictably compete.

Winter break, covid, illness, etc. It’s not hard to understand. Coach even said we won’t see the real Azmoun until next season. No high expectations on him currently, coming from years in the Russian league.

Exactly this - co-commentator said on Sky Sports last night in reply to the main commentator saying he had struggled within his first four games that he saw him play against Koln and thought he played well. He said that he isn’t worried for him as he got into goal scoring positions and that the goals will come (something I said very similar about a week ago so co commentator as you are reading this, thank you 😂).

Leverkusen for some reason for 90 min tried going thru the middle. Hardly they used the sides to cross in the balls in the 18. Their left wing I think it was number 5 hardly pushed forward and try to take on the leipzig defender. Schick was made useless hardly got any service. It was really frustrating seeing them not using the sides and keep trying to going thru the middle. Azmoun came in at 87 min not much he could do in that short time but got into fissy fight with the defender who he humped on trying to head the ball on last kick of the game. But it was a lovely stadium and had a blast.

А что, в Российской лиге он деградировал?? Мой Краснодар, где я живу, играл два года назад с Байером в Лиге Европы. В Леверкузене был счет 1-1, а в Краснодаре 0-0, при том, что Краснодар не является лидером Российского чемпионата по футболу.
