All they see is someone who is not blindly pressing at full speed. Havertz on Chelsea is another player who looks lazy and unfit but is somehow involved with every play. Diaby is not selfish. He just has terrible passing skills. Towards the end of the game he slowed down on a counter and looked up to pass the ball with a number of open players to go to. He picked out the one opposition player who was standing in no man's land. Sardar will feature more in games where their team has majority of the possession and is not looking to counter. Final observation is that the coach will be picked up by better teams long before any of the players.
As I've said before, Sardar is a race horse who turns on the after burners and delivers when necessary. Otherwise he may (incorrectly) appear as if he's just milling around the pitch.

Unlike Taremi, who is a work hose, and is constantly hoofing it up and down the pitch.

Both of them are quite effective at what they do, and with the right support, they are both elite threats to any team's goal.

Their improvement in play can be directly corresponded to his return. Previous manager nearly destroyed him by playing him too much.

same thing happens to Navidkia in 2003.

It was during covid but i think it all started when he got into his comfort zone (After leaving russia for germany). The injury also could be another reason. His baby and wife issues could also be a reason too.

Hopefully he can now concentrate on his football than volleyball and his horses.

Oh look, took them 48 hours but they had to give in and upload the highlights.

It might be because the sunday games broadcast rights are different.
            Dunno tbh.
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

The Saturday matches are always uploaded at Midnight (CET time, Sunday to Monday). However you can always find the highlights with good quality on football360 on the same day.

It's more so because I want to share them on FB in a group, everything besides YT gets flagged due to copyrights.

A couple of smart aleck recommendations. Gallops instead of turning on the after burners. Trotting instead of milling. Milling is more applicable to cows.

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

^ xabi certainly has also surprised and made a believer out of me too with his tactical variety and adaptabilities over the more recent games ..! initially took him for mostly a 1trick pony like CQ, just parking the bus and countering type coach..!!
he was clever enough to realize that he has taken over a pretty decent squad overall but one filled mostly with many excellent attacking talents..!
he had to address the biggest problem first which was defensive softness and giving away way way too many cheap goals by pulling attackers back and play with a far more compact structure and use the wealth of Pace at his disposal for countering ... get a few positive results in the bag to build squad confidence and winning mentality on and now he does a great job of coming up with different game strategies and seemingly more open attacking game plans to better address the strengths of the opponent at hand..!

                            ps

of all the great things about Sardar's last goal the most encouraging and gratifying to me was to see the absolute elation and celebratory dance of Xabi on the sidelines after the goal..!!
you can tell he realizes what a gem of a brilliant footballer he has in sardar, only if he can address his Fitness shortcomings..!!
