Another great pass by Azmoun to Diaby, a through ball (that would have had Diaby one on one) but the defender slightly deflects it to the goalie.
Commentators praising Azmoun's passing.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

for all his brilliance in passing the ball quickly and accurately, he is pretty poor at opening himself up for a pass away from the box..!! still way too sluggish in movements...!! probably coulda done more damage coming off the bench and run against more tired legs..!
yea, yaroo getting too old for this level football..! i think he'd get swapped out with Wirtz 10-15 min into 2nd half ..!!
lets hope Sardar doesnt get subbed out too by that time..!!?:/
all his fitness faults aside he was certainly the most dangerous player on pitch in 1st half ..!
fking guy this Diaby assshole...!! any pass this asshole gets he fking then proceeds to take stupid shot on goal with near zero angle or chance of it going in..!!

amiri and demirabi, even holzek were better candidates for subbing out..!
Amiri was horrible. As were the others you mentioned.

Bizarre he was the first sub. Only offensive player who was playing respectably. First half he gave two great balls to diaby who wasted as usual. Hlozek was totally anonymous besides forcing a few shoots wide when he had no angle.
In the second half he has been clean through a couple occasions, again ignored by diaby, amiri and co.
Only thought is there could be decent chance he starts as a more orthodox 9 vs physical belgian side on thursday, given how much their play improved when he was brought on vs them.
Leverkusen have been garbage today. Amiri and demirbay in particular, hard to see how they were ever touted as talents and leverkusen dropped so much money to bring them from hoffenheim.
