I just rewatched the game, couple thoughts
- Not a good game at all from Amiri and Noorafkan. You could see the difference in how our team builds up from the right side (with ARJ, Ezatollahi, Moharrami breaking the press) vs the left side. Noorafkhan and Amiri were not tidy in their passing at all and blunted a lot of good offensive movements. On the other hand both of them were wonderful on defense, especially Amiri who was constantly pressing.
- ARJ was very very good in retaining possession for us today. Lots of clean and precise passes. His dribbling (1 on 1) has been a real weak point for him though but he more than made up for it in so many other parts of his game. Excellent stamina, wonderful tracking back, great pressing, excellent through passes, made sure to keep his shots down. If he improves is on ball dribbling it would be a great help to us
- Kanani was very clean in his passing today. Lots of great long field balls, good composure with his dribbling under pressure.
- saman has very very good ball control. Several times a pass was beamed to him from the back and he killed it on the spot, allowing us to quickly break past the midfieldComment

I think both Sadegh and Nourafkan did well as well. Specially Nourafkan. Wasn't his fan before but he is quiet fast and decent both in attack and defense.
