hahaha, you really think we didn't have vuvuzelas in Iran before that? Iranian spectators been using them way before that. I remember Iran vs KSA 1997 match in Azadi...talk about noise!

You are correct my friend, they became a "known" thing after WC2010, but they were popular in Iran before that. Is there a difference between our Booghz and the Vuvuzeulas? Last time I saw a VuVuz, looked pretty much the same as our boooooooooooooooooghz.

The horns we had in Iran befor me vuvuzelas were basically modified bicycle horns and much more enjoyable than the plastic garbage vuvuzelas. That was a garbage World Cup and it’s still crapping on football with these nuisance horns.

This annoying trend started off from 2010 South Africa World Cup, where Vuvuzelas in the stadiums annoyed the crap out of the entire world. Hope FIFA bans them along with the megaphones of all these Persian gulf states in their stadiums...

Yes, and even those it wasn't like everyone would bring their own horn and start blowing them (Don't misinterpret now ) But we had one "Mammad booghi" whom the entire stadium would chant in response to his horn!
