The old 2016-2020 Iraq was head and shoulders better than UAE but I'm not really sure about this recent 2022 Iraq side to be honest.. They are young and youthful with lots of inexperience.

UAE is a mediocre side who is very beatable but they have some more experience and a relatively decent coach in Bert Van Martwjik

If Iran score early, I can see them winning by a 2 or 3 goal margin, but if this goals to the 2nd half goal-less, I can also see a 1-0 win similar to Thursday against Iraq or worst case scenario a nil nil draw.

He is playing Omid N. as a CB? Wow. If he can do well there, he becomes the ultimate utility player for us.

Why not Yazdani? I heard many people saying that he is a decent CB. Again Dragan is scared to take a little risk. Will he even rotate players in the WC? Because if not, we are doomed.

Noorafkhan at CB is a very questionable decision by Skocic, why not play Yazdani there? He's a natural CB and we got to give other players a chance too. Basically the same 11 as last time, minus Shoja...
