Just a reminder that for WC 2018, all yellows picked up during qualifying were forgiven and everyone started with a blank slate. Reds were not and as a result Ezatollahi ended up missing the Morocco match. His was a special intentional foul in Korea Republic that resulted in a straight red and ended up with a 2 match suspension (he missed the last match vs Syria in Tehran). We shall see what FIFA will do with 2022. Considering the COVID-19 situation and all the new challenges and additional stress that teams have been facing as a result, my guess is that they will at least do the same and forgive all the yellows before the WC start in November.
Go TM!

thing is, i still call that honourable, compared to the fights we have vs other teams in afc.. over grassrolling/diving and so on..
i can take that and pre game bashings, cq wearing their coach on a t-shirt (hilarious) and all that.. i eaven love it!
i can eaven forgive koreans running to the sideline vs saudis to secure their wc ticket in 2010 since it was afcs fault they didint put the game simultaniously.
but the grassolling, bs outside hotels, and dangerous atmosphere thats what I call not honourable..
those cq vs mr choi was the most entertaining events ever
also sons comment about neku crying tears of blood, hilarious.. just made it sweeter to beat them
thats why its the real derby of asia, not iran vs iraq lol
i take those hilarious comments any day vs the non football stuff we face against some teams..
maan i miss the cq vs choi games, going to watch some highlights now from that game.......
.....

Shoja Khalilzadeh and Kanaani will start in the WC. I have seen people hoping that M.Hosseini and Pouraliganji will start.
Maybe those people forgot to look which players were warming the bench during WCQ in Bahrain?
That’s right, both Hosseini and Pouraliganji were warming the bench.Esteghlal 💙💙
