Well lets talk logic here . When you only concede 2 goals (one on stupid accident), why would you change your DF line? Also he gave yazdani some play time meaning that he was planning to play him in future games but stupid majidi ruined it.

My logic= We conceded 1 goal from SK (moharami's fault) and one lucky goal from lebanon (also beiro messed up). So my logic would be keep this DF line and improve it game by game.

Majidi should've shut his mouth and concentrate on his team. If majidi would've shut his mouth then siavash actually had a great chance of starting against south korea since we needed noorafkan in left back.

South korean team is actually on fire, they put 5 past iceland and 4 past moldova. It would be great game to test out our DF.

We have seen how shaky our defence is against these asian minnows, especially Khalilzadeh.

Siavash, facing a hopeless situation( a leftback was preferred over him) decided he had nothing left to lose and made that interview.

The irony is that what they did( Majidi, Siavash) is nothing compared to Kanaanis ”error”.
Yet Kanaani will be the one who wins in the end.

Kanani is A*hole and i was hoping for skocic to bench him against iraq. He has good connections with azizi khadem and for that reason he wont be out for some time .

I just think we need at least 2 friendly games with top class european teams to see how our DF is against much stronger teams. Belgium and croatia would be really perfect for us. Mehdi bayat is doing his best for it to happen and I hope skocic can do the job and fix croatia game.

how strong is he really? Strongest CB in league means very little when the best CF in the league is 46 years old luciano perreira.

I distinctly remember yazdani getting manhandled vs Al Duhail's Olunga and then again vs Al Hilal's Gomis. These are 2nd rate CFs at best, nothing compared to what he will hit in WC. At the age of 30 he is hardly going to improve much, I find him too slow frankly for international level.

I can say this with no bias as I despise both PP and SS but Kanani And Shoja were at least backed by multiple deep ACL runs where they really performed admirably. Kanani's ball progression in particular in last ACL edition PP reached final was brilliant. And it has been an asset in tM, though he is by no means perfect.

Instead of Yazdani I prefer a 10 years younger player in Fallah who in my opinion is not far off that level in the present moment, with a much higher ceiling. And likely he would be 5th choice behind PAG, Majid, Kanani and Shoja.
