No because 5 pts in 2 WC averages to 2.5 pts per world cup. Our best result is Jalal Talebi who got us 3 in a single world cup.

But if you look at it CQs individual WC then one can say CQ had 1 of our worst and our best results then he just broke even. Unfortunately no comparable can be made to his record since we never had the same coach for 2 WC periods besides CQ. How he managed to pull that off is beyond me.
