It doesnt matter anymore what we think of Skocic. The World Cup is 5-6 months away. Its too late to find a better coach, and for that person to acclimatisized to Iranian football and players. Dont mention CQ. He had his time, and he is not coming back.
So we have passed the point of no return. Scocic will be our coach. He deserves some recognition for saving us in the previous round of qualifiers, and then winning this round.
That being said, I dont believe he will be able to work in any miracles in world cup.

I appreciate your response. I really do. I think we both know where we stand on this issue. Just a couple of quick notes. I 100% agree that CQ, overall, was a great coach and left many positives for Iranian football. The other thing is that we compare CQ with Skocic heads up but we have to consider that when CQ took over, we had much less legionnaires and no covid, so it was easier to get camps going, make a cohesive team and implement you ideas, go to West Asian tournaments and try things, etc, etc... + Javad is a weak coppied version of CQ. I still believe yahya should take over if skocic is sacked.
