World Cup 2022 Qualifier: Iran - Lebanon (Info, Updates & Live Reports)
Lebanon have been the better team since the goal! Winning battles in the midfield and creating chances.
They have a freekick now in a decent position.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
Omid was doing so well until this 5 minute sequence. He looks exhausted! getting robbed of balls in our half, then twice caught out of position, and allowing two shots.
This speaks about the training standards of IPL! We have a game plan that relies heavy on our backs to bring the ball up, and after doing that decently for 40 minutes, our boy is SPENT.
Nourafkan, Nourallahi, Haysafi, Gholami are no TM-material. Hope we can find better options going forward.
Well, Skocic invites terrible midfielders, Sarlak and Kamal, and he doesn't even play them. So we will never fill the positions with Skocic in charge.

He's a Skocic favorite - and plays for Sepahan bro.

Re the ref, it’s not necessarily Lebanon who pays them off. Most of Lebanese football is infiltrated by East Asian gambling syndicates. Read what they did in 2012 and 13.
Yeah I was on the fence about Skocic but wow this half really sealed the deal for me... I know we're up 1-0 but holy crap Lebanon have had more chances on goal and we've been absolutely terrible besides the goal.
I hate to say it, but if we want to have any chance at the WC, we need #skocicout
