Considering the fact that we rarely play friendlies, and that we dont know how many friendlies we Will have before the World cup, it isnt bad to play the Best team. We need the players to understand eachother and the tactics as much as possible.

As you have rightly pointed out a win over an Lebanon B-Team in Azadi won't compensate for our horrible games against Korea, the only real Threat to TM. We were lucky that this time arround the usual Syria and Iraq didn't show up (both performed way below there talent pool, specially Iraq), otherwise we would have been in more trouble.

Cup 2022™ are not carried over to the final competition. Pending match
suspensions imposed as a result of a direct or an indirect red card in matches in
the preliminary competition of the FIFA World Cup 2022™ are carried over to
the final competition.
