I still havnt heard any argument for how a New coach Can implements his tactics in 4 months. Furthermore, people Think that a New coach Will drop players like Nourollahi and Noorafkan. No, a New coach Will now analyze 50 players. He Will get a Piece of paper with the squad selection the last 1-2 years, and he Will Pick exactly the same players. Because he knows that a squad that know eachother is key to succes. So unless he have a Messi which Skocic hasnt invited, it Will be the exact same players (unless it is a iranian coach who knows about the players)
