Wales is tough with Bale, etc.
Ukraine will be playing for pride, those are always tough to beat.

Scotts for sure... Then Wales, and last Ukraine. Not only Ukraine has a decent team, but they will be fired up (remember Iraq in AC 2007) and they will have the sympathy of everyone.
