I remember that Qatar wanted to have a 4-team tournament friendly cup and Iran was suppose to be invited, alongside Brazil and Spain. What happened there?

What is incompetence? 1- Incompetence is not using all the resources that are available to you. 2- Incompetence is not surrounding yourself with people who are better than you. 3- Incompetence is refusing to learn from your mistakes. 4- Incompetence is not having a plan and when you do have a plan, not executing based on the plan and adjusting when you miss milestones. 5- Incompetence is loosing your commitment in face of life challenges. 6- Incompetence is not keeping your word and when you think you won't be able to do what you promised to do at the due time and the way you said you do it, you communicate and you have new promised dates and details and what you will do this time to make sure you will keep your word. 7-Incompetence is not realizing that you are behaving without competence and ask for help.
1- Print CQ's 2018 plan and update it based on present day situation (e.g. COVID-19 risk management plan).
2- Find someone who has a command of English (and preferable another language like Spanish) and is a good project manager and make them Estili's right hand. Bring back the Wushu coach/champion for physical fitness and fighting spirit until the WC.
3- Communicate openly about the fact that you have missed 2.5 months of precious time and start planning and executing 12 hours a day.
4- Have a plan-for-plan plan and promise openly about it, execute on that, then execute on the plan. Have the plan in two weeks so your plan-for-plan plan has a two week window.
5- Be unstoppable with regards to friendlies. Use Skocic's, Hashemian's, Tot's, Taremi's, Ali Daei's, Mahdavikia's contacts and presteige. Use phone calls, emails, faxes, texts, Zoom and traveling personally to finalize and make decent friendlies happen. Do the same thing with other aspects of the plan.
6- Keep the public and media abreast of your plans, milestones, risk management, etc. Be open and ask for help and guidance everywhere you could get it.
7- Have a major news conference on your plan-for-plan ask the media and the public to keep you accountable. provide daily updates on your milestones via the IFF web site and social media (twitter, etc.)

Haha true. I will never cope to understand, how some people, plus an organization, can be SO incompetent and weak, I just can't understand it. Even Afghanistan was playing friendlies around one month ago, yes I know it was against the likes of Kuwait U23 team, but still, they managed to set it up.
