Who do you think ultimately benefit from this trash article?
Yes Skocic.
Now He can't be fired without controversy , penalty and outcry.
He legitimately will argue he was removed by Gov illegally and beside contract amount he will claim lost opportunity

Chronology of a lie and a deception
Yesterday anti IFF anti Skocic broadcasted a hit job by an IRI TV show interview with trash talker newspaper editor.
Today V3 claimed had exclusive news regarding replacement of current coach with former.
According to this exclusive there was a meeting of SM with IFF TC and ended with decision for mentioned change.
2 hours after publication TC spokesman Ghasempour denied being in such meeting and said he was in Abadan, Ezatollahi another member of TC said he is not aware of that meeting and he was in Anzali.
Rather than an apology V3 edited their news, removing names of Ghasempour and Ezatollahi and doubled down with further lies claiming decision of change has been made and change is in the way.
Fact free articles became source of various spin- off news and online gossip twitters, especially diehard Carlos Queiroz fans that crave for any possible hope of a miracle.
The meeting
At the request of Sport ministry few IFF officials, experts including 2 members of TC and youth committee attended a meeting.
First purpose of the meeting was how SM can help IFF and TM. Various subjects were discussed including status of TM, U23, U19, U17 and ways to assist them.
Also on the agenda was confirmation of financial support that Majedi requested from Parliament and was waiting for allocation by Gov(SM).
This was one purpose of the meeting and Majedi himself during interview with Ferdosipour mentioned that he has a good news and has secure the money and will be a candidate for the job.
Since original first article , V3 has tired with twists, distortion, more lies give life to their fact free fabricated lies and attract more attention.
One critical fact that tabloids and their followers will ignore intentionally is the fact such a decision or act is illegal and against IFF and FIFA regulation.
Gov/ Sport ministry specifically are prohibited to interfere in IFF affairs including selection of coach or other officials.
Indeed, yesterday SM spokesmen specifically said they support IFF decisions and they have no saying in coaching job.
News of V3 and snowballing is afabricated fact free news
(1) As noted, V3 has definitely not been a pro-CQ publication. Rahbar on twitter just a few days ago was talking about how everyone has forgotten CQ's 3-0 loss to Japan. The fact that he would orchestrate a fabricated hit piece to hurt Scocic and benefit CQ is unlikely in my opinion. I think the meeting did happen and just because Ezzatolahi or others weren't there doesn't mean the entire story is fabricated.
(2) Yes, SM interference is technically illegal, but we all know SM calls the shots because they control the funds. Technically, you are an adult at age 18 but if you are still living with your parents and don't have independent means to provide for yourself, you better listen to what they say. Hard for IFF to be independent when it's out here begging everyone for money.

CQ is in portugal having his holiday. Thats the latest news on CQ.
The media which are purely IR based have started hitting Skocic! hmmmmm This must be after skocic's interview with adel that got people on his side or skocic becoming a NO Man to IFF..... Either way this doesn't sound good for team melli as it has created more hashieh for our boys.
BTW... anyone got any news on our friendly games in september and november? Looks like we all have forgotten about it!
They mentioned something about uruguay but its still not 100%.
..... WE ARE in TOTAL MESS .....

1-A news article should be judged by facts, accuracy of contents and source and references not by who is the author or editor.
Article was full of inaccuracy, with edit and revisions without a single verifiable source.
No other Iranian agency ( Fars, Tasnim. Irna, Irna, Mehr, Isna.) verified such claims about such decision in that meeting ( not about meeing itself)
The meeting in question took place about 3 days ago at the invitation of SM deputy Pouladgar. Guests include few members of IFF and TC in additions to few football veterans and main agenda was ways and means to assist TMs.
At the end of thar meeting SM spokesmen Jahromi made it clear SM has nothing to do with IFF decision regarding any change.
According to the article it was not TC or IFF member but a veteran that initiated subject of replacing coach. And he has received support from others in that gathering. Finally, in a Bizaro conclusion claim consensus has been reached for a change.
Author is either ignorant or assume others are clueless readers.
IFF officials, TC members even Deputy ministers are not that stupid not to know such platform is not appropriate and authorized for decision about replacing a TM coach.
IFF officials are not that stupid to not know they cannot enter in discussion regarding replacing TM coach without at first notified board members.
TC members are not that stupid enough to know they can’t get into such discussion without presence of all TC members ( let alone in sport ministry bldg)
Such gathering, brainstorming has own benefits for advisory and support but is inappropriate and illegal for change of TM coach that will be considered conspiracy since others has not been there or informed and issue of TM coach not in agenda.
Sport ministry has nothing to do with TM selection.
The whole idea of IFF statute not being finalized is about exact this intervention.Does Author or editor is unaware?
2- Regarding Gov illegal interference.
No it’s not as you minimized it to technicality. Nothing technical about it.
Meeiting was at Sport Ministery at their invitation and if they discussed or request any change regarding coach or official is blunt clear and direct illegal violation.Last edited by St_Mark; 07-07-2022, 07:50 PM.

Bro you sound like someone who has never been in Iran to see how it really is in Iran isn’t like the west man that things have a logical flow , anything can happen anytime they want , it very confusing place , you making to many assumptions that the ppl in the IFF are professional ppl working their jobs in a professional manner , which for Iran isn’t that case for anything …
Iran is “khar to khar” ….. you giving the whole system way too much credit , everything in our football is government interference we all know that FIFA just looks the other way ….
The two biggest ppl Ali daei and Ali karimi are banned from being involved in football, what logical steps were followed with that decisions, none it was just government interference

Both Ali Daei and Karimi can register for election today if they want.
Ali Karimi participated in last IFF election , did not get vote even Hajsafi TM representative did not vote for him
Ali Daei in the past had ristriction but he was told no objection if he wants to run .Last edited by St_Mark; 07-07-2022, 08:03 PM.

Also you seem to not be familiar with the west. Just look at the khar to khar with CSA. They haven't been able to elect a president and signed shady contracts with promotion companies in Canada that are holding the rights to various sponsorships hostage as a third party....the grass ain't always greener elsewhere.

Just so I understand your point: Are you saying this recent speculation is all just fabricated and there’s no real pressure on IFF to remove Skocic?

Just woke up of dreaming we won 3-1vs brazil in the groupstage of wc!.
Happy dream. We also subbed in 3 subs at 90 minute, 2 dudes and one girl, and brazil made same thing. I remember i was screaming, o we camt make 4 subs, them ooh ok its brazils sub. Crazy dream, I had tthe best seats im the stadium 😅 Ali Daei was also playing and missed a couple of sitters, it was a mix of now and then players, Beiranvad made some sick saves..
In some alternative reality that may just have happened, felt so real
Anyway, has he signed yet?.....

My points were simply about V3 article.
Story as presented by author was distorted facts with aim to generate support for policy change.
It is correct Iranian government in the past has been controlling IFF and intervened direct and indirect even replacing officials but it was based on previous IFF statute. Under previous bylaws IFF was under domain of government and not independent.
After years of resistant only about 2 years ago after years of pressures from FIFA , IFF drafted a revise statute that defines IFF non-government entity.
This revised draft has been approved by FIFA but waiting approval of parliament that refuse to accept IFF definition of non-government entity. FIFA deadline was extended to next year after WC and IFF election.
Just like in this forum there are large number of Iranian for various reasons prefer a different TM coach for the WC. Majority of these groups favour Carlos Queiroz and to lesser extend GN/Golmo.
Among these groups are members of governments and IFF as well as media and they will do all they can to force IFF leadership to replace Sko with Queiroz and they welcome V3 type articles.
Unfortunately, even with miracle of removing Sko alternative of SM is Iranian coach, anyone but Queiroz, given their past history.
I have stated my preference clearly in the past. If IFF have money managerial skills to hire best international coach, I am supporting that.
I also have tried to explain unfortunately we have missed that opportunity and there is no such time left and we have crossed that bridge.
I suspect Idea of replacing coach and debate about it will not end here and will continue
