The CQ contract is for two and a half months, paying 50,000 Euro per month, according to Ghanbarzadeh Taj's first deputy.
Less money will go to his assistant coaches than to CQ.

First coach for him will be Nekonam (perhaps for continuity in future).

Since the cost won't go over budget and just a few members were adamant about refusing to sign on to a pricey choice, it appears that the short-term contract was the most effective and persuasive way for Taj to persuade Board members for a quick decision.


Since CQ is the coach now, his r future is dependent on performance, and if results are good, extending the contract won't be too difficult if funds are available.
