Don't get snarky when you don't have the first clue what you're talking about.

Anyone who lived during Shah's time vs. IR's time will tell you. We've gone back 2000 years."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Shah had environmental protection policies ahead of the West at the time and even created an international award for environmental activism.
We had professional women's football teams 30 or even 40 years before some of the biggest clubs on the planet started theirs!
We had a 91% employment rate and had to resort to importing guest workers from India and Philippines. Today some Iranian fathers have to sell their kidney just to feed their family!
It takes insane ignorance or shameless bias to pretend the Pahlavi era wasn't a great time for Iranians. For women especially it was a golden age.

this witchhunt of the players is going to far.....
