Canada is a democracy. He got elected by people of Canada in a free election. People did not fear Sepah or there was no validation process by Guardian Assembly like the one in Iran. If Justine proves to not be serving his country and people, he will be removed by election again!

Yes, Canada is a democracy, which unfortunately elected a talking dummy who had no qualifications to manage a 7-11, let alone a country. (His qualifications: Being a high-school drama teacher with a famous Dad). That's on Canadians, just like electing Trump is on Americans. The fact that he was elected, does not mean he is not a DUMMY, just speaks to the weird dynamics of Canadian politics at this time.

He has shown time and time again, that he is an empty suit, saying and doing anything that he "thinks" (there is an overstatement for you) will keep getting him elected. Whenever he talks, he looks like he is devoid of any meaningful thought on any topic. he seems more pre-occupied with the state of his hair than anything else.

According to FIFA National Teams are representative of nations and people and select and managed by none government elected entities.
As bad as IFF may be , it's an elective entity and their president and managing board are elected by GA and not government . They select coach , managers and ultimately in charge of TM affairs. They receive funds from various source including government but at the end of each fiscal years they had to make available their financial statement.

This whole episode is dirty politics against Iranian interest by known foreign and domestic enemies and there are honest Iranian with legitimate grievances being used and manipulated unfortunately in this mix . *-Iran has signed this contract without clear provision regarding Visa issue, Iran should have insisted to include terms and conditions for visa and visa related issues.
*- Iranian officials publicly claiming Iran is profiting 200-300 K from this game was unwise not because it is untrue but it complicated nature of this trip. Credit that is given to IFF is to cover expense not a profit because CFF can not engage in business deal with IFF for profits. As St. Mark posted some officials in IFF claimed expenses totalled $200K and the remaining $200K is profit. This was very foolish on IFF part.

^ what a shit show canada created.. its almost like we should just send our bench players so they can use this game and at the same time show the middle finger to canad. and start a camp with friendlies in qatar at the same dates. just send kaveh rezaei, zahedi, ansarifard, ghaedi, niazmand, and bunch of ipl players and the players that never playes and take tha starting 11 to qatar and play some friendlies with whatever team we can find
