CQ demands and earns 10-20 times Skocic.
We should have one demand from Skocic... preparing TM for the coming games. We can't ask him to direct/manhandle the federation, scout camps and facilities, set up friendlies etc.
And with all his contacts, he got us a couple of South African B-team clubs to play us. God, if Skocic arranged a game against a Qatari club, this place would explode. "we are going to world cup and he is arranging a game against a Qatari club"
It all goes to how you look at a coach. If you look at a coach as a well experienced coach, then whatever decisions he makes seems right to you. If you look at a coach as an inexperienced coach that is over his head, no matter what decision he makes, it looks idiotic to you.

Fortunately (still BIG unfortunately) Mahdavikia already knows how legends are treated by their federation. The only person who gave Mahdavikia a real tribute was Adel Ferdosipour and Persepolis FC. But even Persepolis, people had to tell them that "Hey, Mehdi Mahdavikia is retiring. We should do something nice for him." So they had Mehdi run laps around the field with flowers. That was the show of respect they had for one of the best Asian right midfielders of all time.
IFF has surpassed disrespecting its own teams and players.

They will have a field day with this ..."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

TM players, just like Iranians, should support any political group they want. We cannot force everybody to think a certain way, and prevent them from working if their ideas do not conform to ours, particularly in a job environment where their political ideas bare zero impact on their performance. That actually sounds eerily similar to the same points about IR that we all hate. If we plan on killing, silencing, changing minds of all these people then news flash, even though they are minority, we will have to deal with millions of people
Pulisic is a big trump supporter, the most criminal president in recent American history, who incited an insurrection on January 6th. Majority of Americans didnt vote for trump, in fact there were millions of votes difference, two times in a row. Nobody has advocated for removing this player from their national team, or questioned his place there. That would be insane.
Kanani I have repeatedly said is a retard off the pitch. I wanted him banned from TM for bus incident, and he rightfully was banned for 2 matches. But he has proven to be our best CB in the qualification cycle and will be needed if we are to advance from this group. Our defense looks clueless without him.
