If they have expenses they can take Canada to CAS. They can also ask for penalties if it's in the agreement.

Very well put. But the key issue imho becomes what iranians are doing about it. If we seek love from states that dont love us this is as you say the results and outcomes.

On the other hand there are nations ready to support us. Ex yugoslavs, african nations, south american nations, east asians.

The key issue in other words become what our shit federation do about it. These hammals in charge are acting like they dont have any choice which isnt true at all.

Yes and more likely but it won't help Iran football for now.
Max damage to Canada will be monetary compensation and that cannot be transfer to Iran till sanction is lifted.

Canada did not cancel this game without legal consultation, they are ready to pay compensation if it comes to that.

i agree on one side, but thinking: isnt it risky with all that energy being directed inside the team?
what if someone tacles someone else and they start to fight, media starts writing/players think A tried to injure B so he could take his place and so on..

these games could devide the taem aswell as there are positive sides to it aswell.

These players mostly has been playing against each other some with history. For few as much as we dislike is rivalry to show they belong or they should have been select instead of others that most likely goes against e purpose of game it will be stressful for some players .
TM need to play different styles, different players and players need fewer stress

Simple word of advice

This game was a friendly game that had support of overwhelming Iranian and TM players.
It was choice of IFF and TM coach. Unfortunately, was politicised by Iranian enemies (Including some domestic) with evil intention.

As usual there will be certain crowd with own agendas will try to blame Iranian s, Iranian governments and IFF official for this cancellation by Canada. It's their dirty game and to divert attention. Iranian Gov, IFF and officials are to be blames for their shortcoming and condition in Iran but that is for different place and different discussion.

Best to ignore them, and focus on Football aspect, TM and future games.
We are the good guys.

The real problem is Iran actually doesn't realize they have no real friends in the world. Everyone is either using us for our resources or we automatically get canceled by them because we are the ultimate terrorist-supporting nation and we are a dictatorship. Unless these things don't change our football and country will unfortunately never grow... I am sorry to point this out but it is reality...

Not true , none of it.

*-Iran has a friendly relation with all immediate neighbors, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia Turkey, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman. And little further, India, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan , Syria, Lebanon.... that was just of neighbors.

Even when our football play in unfriendly countries of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE , they never mistreat , disrespect Iranian football or resort to monkey business of Canada. We played some WC game in Bahrain and ACL games in Saudi Arabia and UAE with no cancelation or disrespects.

*-Iran is not ultimate supporting terrorist nation , but US, Israail , British, France .... are .

* - In this latest episode Iran is not in fault but Canada is.
