from my vague recollections and loosely following this IFF shitshow recently, it seems to me that he has overstepped his authority often and has made some rather controversial decisions and intentionally damaging doings..!!?

دبیر کل با پیشنهاد رییس و تصویب هیاترییسه منصوب می شود و به موجب قراردادی که تابع قواعد حقوق خصوصی می باشد به صورتتمام وقت با فدراسیون همکاری می کند و باید دارای شرایط حرفه ی موردنیاز باشد کهاهم آن ها عبارت است از تابعیت ایرانی، سکونت در ایران، دارا بودن حداقل مدرکتحصیلی لیسانس یا معادل آن، آشنایی به زبان انگلیسی، عدم سابقه محکومیت کیفری براساس گواهی مراجع صالح قانونی و قضایی.

بیرکل باید علاوه بر سابقه فعالیت درفوتبال، همچنین حداقل 4سال سابقه مدیریت ورزشی به شرح مندرج در ضمیمه یک اساسنامهداشته باشد.

دبیرکل مسوول موارد زیر م باشد:
الف – اجرای تصمیمات هیات رییسه و مجمع عمومی،تحت نظارت و با هماهنگی رییس فدراسیون.
ب – شرکت در جلسات مجمع عمومی، هیات رییسه،کمیته های دائمی و کمیته های موقت.
ج – برگزاری مجمع عمومی و جلسات هیات رییسه وسایر ارکان فدراسیون.
د – تهیه صورتجلسات مجمع عمومی، هیات رییسه،کمیته های دائمی و کمیته های موقت.
ه –مدیریت و نظارت بر امور مالی، دارایی واموال فدراسیون حسب مقررات مربوطه.
و – مکاتبات فدراسیون.
ز – ارتباط با اعضای فدراسیون، لیگ ها،کمیته ها،فیفا،کنفدراسیون ها، سایر فدراسیون های
عضو فیفا و سازمان های ورزشی اعم از ملی و بین المللی.
ح – اداره سازمان اداری فدراسیون.
ط – استخدام، انتصاب یا اخراج کارمندان سازماناداری فدراسیون با هماهنگی رییس فدراسیون.
ی – فراهم کردن پشتیبانی و امکانات لجستیک واجرایی برای کمیته های انتخاباتی جهت برگزاری انتخابات.

imo, he is certainly still our next best coaching option if Taj wont be able to get Carlos deal over the line soon ..!!
keeping him on the his current job or at a very least shifting him to another job within IFF meanwhile will ensure he gets stronger legs to get more his way going into negotiation with carlos/ his agent?
