i dont know vs any of the central american, jamaica T&T or whatever will do and they can actually make serious profits from the event ... and somehow funnel it back to IFF (or more likely some scandalous mullah's relative out west..? )for further WC preparations ..!!
they really need at least one more friendly lined up while TM is so close to massive majority of it's expat fan base...!!

I know this game makes those living in Canada happy and rightfully so .... but this game like anything else that federation does is not scheduled from a well thought out plan. What I am highlighting/critiquing (not complaining - that is for old ladies!), is lack of a plan of attack for a proper and effective preparation to the world cup. If anything this game for entertainment not for prep.

Lol no it doesn't. Even if what you say is accurate...is there a better team to play against to prepare for USA? Beggers can't be choosers...its not like Canada was willing to come to Iran or Qatar. The close proximity to SA and NA will also help land a potential second opponent.

apparently the game venue and timing of the match was primarily the decision of Canadian FA and our goozoos in IFF had little to no say in it ... !! guess beggars can't be choosers .... !!
but perhaps we get more of say in a slim chance of a 2nd friendly happening while TM is in those neck of the woods..??:/

I know you don't like Skocic, but at this point, you can't think there is any legitimate alternative, can you? Time to support TM, its players and staff. Canada finished on top of their group beating Mexico and USA to it. I think its a good way to see how we measure up against USA - hoping for a AAA team or two as well leading up to Qatar but I doubt we'd do better than Bosnia, Belarus and such assuming they're even available.

1998 our coach was changed during friendly matches PLEASE HAVE SOME HISTORY KNOWLEDGE BEFORE scoping low to personal attacks.
wc is golden opportunity for
need to give best chance to get best results possible .
we where inches away from 2nd round last time
and this bunch are better and more experience then 2018
team. as a follower to team melli i like tm thrive for more achievement.skocic is under microscope to get results.
we are more than 6 months away plenty of time for coaching change.
