Couldn’t see a new thread so thought I’d let know that he is back. On the bench for the game against Sporting.

I honestly completely forgot about him, I hope he does well this year at his club. I am happy he took the challenge to leave his comfort level in Perspolis--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------

That injury truly sucked. He was on the cusp of breaking through on his team and I think subsequently TM. A healthy Alipour would have provided a different attacking option and could have really helped us in AC. Healthy Alipour should be way ahead of Mogjanlou and Asadi in the pecking order.

To me he has always been the best backup to sardar/mehdi.
he is a different profile (sprinter) but still very strong physically and has improved hold up a lot while in Portugal. He presses like an animal and makes good runs.
if he can regain pre ACL tear levels I would integrate him into TM setup immediately as number 1 reserve CF, with one of the younger CF options (saharkhizan, azadi, kahveh) behind him.
