Canada and justin are ok with taking millions if not billions of dollars from people linked directly to the iranian government, giving them passports, but when it comes to playing a football match, which has nothing to do with politics they do this.. do you think the leaders of IR care if we play this match? They are happier it is canceled.. extremely disappointed in Canada.. not surprised at all from the charlatan justinBookmark the PFDC Calendar for TM & WCQ games

But zooreshoon beeh Team Melli merese faghad. Hypocrites."This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

So bnai brith filed an action in court to prevent Iran getting any money to play and that’s what really cancelled the game, as Canada wouldn’t be able to meet its commitments.
Also according to that onesoccer video, people were at the Canadian players doors. They probably got
Spooked. media is making it seem like the players were against playing Iran for ideological reasons, but rather they got scared by overzealous anti Iran people.
Sickening.
Meanwhile Khavari’s son just got an award for some sort of entrepreneur or business shit by Tycoon magazine. No one wants to protest him and his dirty father ? Is any one going to file a lawsuit against him?

If you think Iran shouldn’t get paid for friendlies then don’t expect very many good friendlies or
Development or anything in Iranian football.
The 400k was to cover the tickets to Istanbul (for visas), and then the flights to Canada. Also to cover hotels if they planned on staying more than 5 days. It would have all been spent.Last edited by Nokhodi; 05-29-2022, 10:24 AM.

What Iran was getting was enough to make this a no expenses trip for them, and maybe, at maximum get the federation an extra 100k to help with arranging other friendlies.
This idea of canadian FA paying iran is the type of ridiculous shit you read from pompeo and john bolton

No money - no football.

So far we have "almost booked" half of south america..
but, i actually have a hunch that this game will happen.
remember before the draw several of us had dreamt that we played or drawed uruguay at wc.. we didnt get them at world cup but a pree world cup friendly would be cool.
I think we were atleast 3 that posted about it in about a week,.....
