LOL, what are Trudeau, side-show Bob, and CSA going to do if Iran gets assigned to Vancouver or Toronto for their matches?

Hamed Esmaelion shared an article co-authored by a lady with an MA in counter-terrorism from an Israeli University.

Any news about the despicable disgusting Iranian-born Canadian Citizens traitors whose loud barking noises ensured Team Melli friendly matches plans go down the drain?

        1) Such garbage should never be near any Tricolor (Sabz, Sepid, Sorkh) flags of Iran, Faravahar and other Iranian symbols.

        2) For national pride, it would be duty of Iranian-Canadians and Iranian-Americans to alienate those traitors, ban them from participating in Iranian events be it Mehregan, Sadeh, Nowrooz, etc.

        3) Do not do business with them.

        4) Boycott participation at any event regarding flight PS752 in particular the commemoration events at January 8.

The damage they've done to Team Melli is ultimate treason and unforgivable. Had Cyrus the Great, Darius the Great, Xerxes the Great, Shapur the Great, Nader Shah the Great and other historical Iranian heroes been alive today would not show traitors mercy.

They will be obedient and respect FIFA's values of no gevernment and political interference in Football. So even it makes them fume or angry, they will either look the other way or keep silent forever

Although it would not be a bad idea if countries of the World put Canada in its place by ensuring FIFA removes Canada from hosting the 2026 World Cup

Loool if Iran qualifies and their matches end up in Canada, will the same people also protest to FIFA not to host them? 😂😂😂

they will be so occupied with press asking players and staff political questions they will loose fokus, and we will make a historical trashing of their team.

Guys, I'm not ashamed to bring this thread back up because I just think it helps to reflect about how we approach this sport we love.

Football and politics will never be separate as long as we have I.R.

I don't agree that TM should be banned from world cup, but I still think that we have to appreciate having a go at Hamed Esmaeilion just wasn't right... a man who lost everything. There seem to be some folk who were more angry with this meaningless friendly being cancelled than by the horrors which are happening in the country.

Shameful. He's a hero. Huge part of organizing the mass rallies around the world yesterday. He was wrong on cancellation, so what? Not a big sin at all. Some people have no perspective and those who called them a traitor - well you know who they ride with. They say nothing about IR and what they are doing but poor people like Hamid become their targets. I'll give you a guess of what they are.

When going through this thread I noticed the people who made derogatory comments about Mr. Esmaeilion were the same folks who called Dragan Sgoh and Bademjan and other names. Food for thought.

You're comparing someone who lost his family to IRGC terrorists to someone who many of us disagreed with as a coach? I agree decorum is important as well as etiquette. But no one called Skocic a traitor like some did here with poor Hamed (he's a bigger patriot than his accusers will ever be).

I was against calling Skocic any of these words btw. Just didn't think he was right coach for World Cup. Outside the coaching stuff, nothing negative to say about him. I felt bad for his dismal, BTW. Very crappy circumstances.

Not at all. Where did I say that? Don't read between the lines. I am describing fan behavior only. Those who gave fosh khar madar should be ashamed. But again Mr. T 2 WRONGS DO NOT MAKE A RIGHT.

the behavior is condemable. No human being victim of terror or not should be subjected to bullying. Anyone can express an opinion without being deragatory or offensive. Surely you can agree with this statement?

Ps. SEEMS like you are searching for conflict with your extreme interpretations of my posts. No hidden messaging from me...but you are barking up the wrong tree if you think I'll engage in your extreme responses. I thought you said we are on the same side? Sure doesn't feel that way with your responses.

He wasn't wrong on cancellation. Our team Melli travels abroad with a whole security team, directly affiliated with IRGC. The same organization who INTENTIONALLY shot down the civilian airliner and burnt his wife and gorgeous, sweet and smart daughter (everytime I see Reera's eyes, I have tears on my face) alongside 174 other innocent people to death. He had and has every right to not want them to come here and "normalize" things. Every Iranian-Canadian with basic morals should want ALL regime-affiliated people expelled from Canada.

The man literally received DEATH threats to his home by regime-morderkhors here in Canada. For the crime of wanting justice for the two most important and loved people of his life. DEATH THREATS and I'm sure IR would love nothing but to have him disappear by any means. He probably has a security team with him because of IR threat.

Sportswashing is a thing. That's why you see so many Newcastle fans all of a sudden supporting KSA regime, or City fans supporting Abu Dhabi regime.

Yup - agree, sports washing is a thing and it's something we cannot deny in IR Iran.
