Estili should step down as Team Manager

Right now Hamid Estili is bad publicity for Team Melli. For the sake of Team Melli it would be wise if Estili resigns from his post.

If he resigns, out of the following who would you prefer?

    Omid Namazi
    Markar Aghajanian
    Abbas Torabian
    Mohammad Khakpour
    Reza Ghoochannejhad
    Andranik Teymourian

or who else do you suggest?

      same feeling nobody of those,,
i dont know anything about estili except the goal he scored in 98

but when someone scores vs that team i expect everybody wants a piture taken with them and government sends them everywhere.. so the pictures popping up is nothing to make a big thing of.

saying this knowing no detalis though so... but in general

think he has done the best he could, worked hard, but inexperianced with those talks about how much we get in money and talking about ecuador before we have a stadium set.

i dont know who would be a good team manager, iff is a clown show anyway.

so if its bozo or fatzo the clown..

who is the best team manager in ipl? (lol)

Omid Namazi and Markar Aghajanian were assistants to CQ. They are proficient in English language and went on many international camps. I am sure they can negotiate with teams and also have past experience with camps so they know the drill.

Gucci speaks many languages and was raised in Netherlands. His language skills and possibly connections with Europeans will benefit TM.

Ando as a player went to many camps. He played in England as well so I guess he is fluent in English.

        Khakpour is fluent in English.

Torabian was Team Manager in Ghotbi and early CQ era. He has experience and in his time Team Melli played several quality teams in friendlies.

Yes, knowing another language is important.

Instead of connection(s), knowledge of football is more important than who he knows.

We do not know on what condition(s) or credentials managers are hired!

Estili should be fired. This position is too high for him. How hard was it to anticipate these events? How hard was it to spin this around. It seems he is and was oblivious to many things. Was it so difficult to dedicate the proceeds of this match to the victim's families? How hard would it have been if TM wore black ribbons and observed a minute of silence before the game for the victims? When someone is not managerial material of course they will not think of these things. They will go and brag about getting a measly profit of 200 k while Canada is making 6-8 million. Tis was a great opportunity to show some unity and love towards our hamvatans and TM and the opposite occurred because Estili is out of his territory. Did he ever even think of putting a charitable hamdardi spin to this friendly and benefit his hamvatans and Iran's public image? 4th rate Hollywood celebs have better publicists.

Estili is the biggest clown and moron who should have never been anywhere close to being in TM management. He doesn’t know jack and also is a basiji ball licker…..his presence played a big role in this game getting canceled.

Yeah, Estili is really inexperienced and unprofessional and he should never have been chosen as team manager unfortunately, his name is now tarnished by this on his record.

To be honest the game was gonna be cancelled even if Jesus was our IFF president. They kept calling TM Irgc team...

Yes, he needs to go. Not that he added much before. But he is clearly an overtly negative factor now.

And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh
