One thing I forgot to mention and no one else has mentioned that I noticed:

We really missed Amiri. Without Amiri we don't have a strong enough midfield.

See the Mehdi Taremi thread for my thoughts about the midfield (which probbaly deserves it's own thread).

I don't want to be pessimistic... But we will most likely not have Amiri back for the world cup :/

Ezatolahi, Ghoddos and Ebrahimi is enough to make our midfield slightly less sh*t I think though...

Now just pray we can find a semi-decent left back

I wonder how JB would do as leftback, as he played there one season for Brighton if i remember correctly, and having Allahyar taking his place on the wing or trying torabi or whoever at that place.
we would have a good passing foot at the back to complement Kaananis and Hosseinis good foot aswell, making it harder to steer the ball away from a good playing defender, giving us more options.
It would be interesting aswell if Amiri came back, having ARJ as the leftback, with Amiri in front,

I have watched both milad and ghodus, they are error free. I have never seen a bad pass or silly mistake from either of them. We need to collect players that don't fuck up at the finals.

Agree on Abedzadeh. But if a coach can't experiment in a friendly then when should he? A friendly won't change much for Beiro. Let's hope he plays regularly and well for PP...that will set him up nicely before September match window.

It was so unorganized, even the Algerians were saying it made their team look unorganized.

1. We need to admit We have no FBs. It is the most difficult position in modern football. Scocic tried several players there, including salmani as rb, but none of them really convinced. So we need to switch to 3 5 2. We have kananni, hosseini, shoja and pouraliganji can play all 3 cb positions. I would even give mohammadi a shot at left cb and see how he does in aerial duels. In left and right midfield, we have plenty of players who can play if backed by a cb. I would try gholi as left midfielder. In his current position he isnout anyways. Saman also plad left and right midfielder. Moharrami will shine in midfield. CM midfield should be ezza and amiri.

3-5-2 might not be such a bad idea. It might also solve our weak midfield problem by cluttering up the midfield. This could work if we manage to keep posession which is not that far fetched since our passing has become much better.
