          I don't know guys, I take Sardar's word. It was actually a relief in a way to know that one of our big stars is behind Skocic. Not saying that I'd pick Skocic if there were other options. But now is not the time to switch up. He's been the manager since 2020 and has done a decent job despite the resume. Sure he's got problems. But the bigger problem seem to derive from i.r. FF.

          They need to help this team. If they provide our team with what they need, help set up necessary friendly matches but Skocic messes up, then I will be the first person on here to blame him. But now isn't the time to switch up. It's too risky.

            This is what nearly half the forum is saying. Yes Skocic isn't the biggest name we could have gotten but he accepted a job no one wanted and did pull us through. He isn't out biggest issue IFF is...Sardar spoke logically. Skocic even said he has pushed for more behind scenes but iff is delaying or failing on promises.

                Not only sardar but other players like ezatolahi , ARJ, Ansarifard , Shoja , kanani , haj sooti and even amiri have bonded well with Skocic. Amiri doesn't like CQ ....


                The problem is IFF , We were doing fine untill majedi took over.

                        CQ's tactics are an entire 360 degree shift from Skocic's though... If this was CQ's team and we were parking the bus, I'd agree with you and 100000% rather have Shoja at RB than Sadegh

                        However, Skocic's "tactics" requires us to play from the back and hold possession and build from the wingbacks, requiring them to have strong technique and dribbling ability.

                          Actually Shoja is/was faster than Montazari IMO... Montazari was much better on the ball though

                          Either way Shoja or Montazari back in his prime wouldn't fit in Skocic's system. It just wouldn't work... Neither are good enough on the ball

                            The thing is that the only time we parked the bus was against South korea which shoja worked excellent that was the only game I remember (under skocic).

                            Maybe he knows how to park the bus but just didn't want to. I guess we have to wait and see.

                              Am I tripping? We never parked the bus with skocic lol..?

                              Shoja did really well against Son in the first 20 minutes but then again 20 minutes is such a small fraction compared to the full 90 minutes of football... Plus we saw how gassed he was even if he was subbed out for an injury

                              Milad jan, no denying that Shoja is the better 1 v 1 defender, but I just don't see Shoja having enough technical ability to play in Skocic's team, which requires fullbacks to be very good on the ball and withstand lots of pressure and pressing... Shoja is not a good dribbler

                                If this was CQ or even Nekounam's team melli, I would 100% prefer Shoja at RB than Moharrami
