I know "The" jan may disagree, but I don't think JB's Feyenoord spell has been an absolute disaster. Granted, it hasnt been as successful as we had hoped, but he's scored some nice and important goals for them (including a hat trick in Europa league) in limited minutes facing stiff winger competition.

Thanks for the replay. As someone who watched all his games closely and is a big fan of him I gotta disagree.

This was his first goal in 11 (!) months in the Eredivisie. Feyenoord fans are expecting much more from a player like JB than one occassional good game and goal. They bought him as a replacement for Berghuis, he should have been giving at least 10 assists and score 15 goals every season considering Feyenoord is a top team and he had better statistics at a worse team (AZ). Let's hope he can keep this up and have a great year.

Those are actually good stats. He needs much more playing time to see what he can do.
