He was great in the first half. I think in the second half, the whole team was little bit off and so was ARJ, at least in the first 15 minutes of the first half. He had couple of wrong passes. It's annoying to see sometime when he complicates and put himself in the difficult situations which results in a error pass.
On the side note, I have to admit that it's entertaining to watch this team play indeed.
Didn't know where to post but Irandoost guy joined Groningen in Dutch league and last weekend he was named in team of the week.
Maybe he deserves his own thread if he is willing to play for TM and IFF interested to him.
Small sample but still…

He's played for Sweden 3 times. Although, he's still eligible to play for Iran under FIFA rules.
Think politically, his family went through stuff and may not be willing to play for the Islamic Republic for that reason. Hope he can get behind that political stuff and know he is playing for the people of Iran, not no dirty regime.
He's a good player. He's a winger.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

I think some of our Swedish members spoke with him before and he is very much not interested. Doesn’t like Iran despite the name.
Ok thanks guys, didn't know that.
I think his 3 caps with sweden was on friendly matches.

I think they were all friendly contests. He is eligible for Iran, I believe.

Unless he scores or something, I doubt we see him in the 2nd half.
he's been awful. So many bad decisions, also looks like he has trampolines attached to his feet. Everything is bouncing off him
