This is the first game I have been able to watch of Feynoord, and ARJ. I am so happy he is thriving.
However, and this doesn't matter in the big scheme, but is it just me, or does Feynoord perform a lot of unnecessary passes backwards? I mean my goodness.. I lost count of how many times they would get the ball into the attacking THIRD, and then under slight pressure decide to pass alllll the way back to the center backs to re-route the ball to the other side.
They don't seem to use their center-mids as much, for that purpose.Comment
