Won’t it be better to appoint a coach asap. In this way the coach can at the minimum:

1. build up his support team & start working with them,
2. Study opponents & strategies to deal with the WC opponents,
3. List the potential 30 odd players and provide them individualised training programs leading to friendlies, finally
4. Prepare for the friendlies and the lead up to the WC.

There is no time to be lost.

but IF LETS SAY TAJ HAS a deal with cq ,

Wich is possible, who knows, but he did talk about next coach, Sko would go after players tweets no matter what so dont think he needed to order anything.. So dont think he was involved there. She was choosing the words on purpuse there to make it clear and angle its involvment etc, same with historical part in first vid.. they pepper the steak on purpuse
