Literally all of the iranian forums were asking for Amiri to be benched in two separate instances.

Queiroz brought the guy in both times and this is how he is repaid? Disappointing, shows how deep this "irperspolis" "only stats matter" PP fan extremism is.

"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

The players supporting skocic would have never ever made the team Melli if if CQ was still there and they all know it , they also know CQ would not tolerate their bache-bazi either ..

Frankly from sardar he just lazy man , CQ might bench him he might make him works his butt off to earn a spot , he scared he might not make the squad he still salty that CQ cut him from Brazil World Cup , scared he miss out or be benched this time around if he doesn’t hustle

With skocic in charge the players do whatever they want to do , and skocic is scared of some of the players he won’t change them , and they pretty much guaranteed a spot with him as the coach ../

Like the players divided cause they don’t want to work hard and have to have discipline, like the the team Melli camps lately it like they players just acting like a bunch of school children, everything is off

Yea some players on this current team , even some starters, will not go to the World Cup in Qatar CQ becomes the coaches that what the scared off

Pathetic really! Twitter users are the source of this piece of news!!!!!

Getting 2006 vibes, what a freaking mess and clown show.

Aside from his tactical expertise, this would've never happened under CQ since he brings much needed harmony, discipline, and unity to an otherwise irrational, emotional and sensitive bunch.

Exactly man. Clowns like Gholizadeh would be sent to Qazvin under CQ.

People accusing Azmun of essentially taking a bribe to support Skocic should be ashamed of themselves. And those who spread these rumors should really re-think what you are doing.

It seems we Iranians love to form circular firing squads and start shooting at each other.

We now have 3-4 threads, all with the same theme. So and So took a bribe and that's is why he supports Skoci. So and so is a bad player, that's why he wants CQ. So and so is lazy, undisciplined............... Whether you like CQ or Skocic, stop this character assassination against TM players. It is idiotic!!

GET a GRIP people. Stop this madness.

Gholizadeh was going to be in our 2018 squad but got injured before the tournament. CQ still bought him to Russia cause he liked him so much.

You can literally find hundreds of posts on here from as early as 2019 predicting all this as soon as CQ left. Hilarious. We're in for some sensational fireworks when this all blows.

Also, interesting that all the lashkhors with weak personalities that have personal motivations support Azmoun's post:

                        Kanani (bus driver)
                        Shoja (no role under CQ)
Nourollahi (wouldn't sniff the squad with CQ)
Amiri (PP bias and CQ was too strong for his frail mentality)
                        Noorafkan (no commentary necessary)
                        Moharrami (Skocic's translator, per Kateb)
Sarlak (see Nourollahi or Noorafkan's note above)

However, the players that have European pedigree, gheirat, and are hesabi people support Mehdi: Jahanbakhsh, Hajsafi, Saman, Ezzat, Majid Hosseini, PAG, Abedz (even though he was starting under Skocic, and not under CQ).

Yeah it’s honestly cracking me up. A lot of the average PGPL role players r supporting skocic and sardar post cause they know they won’t make the squad under CQ

Sad to say that it is almost a division based on class and (dare one say...) intellect

Beiro I believe is in Azmoun camp

The fact that so many key guys are against sko really speaks volumes. He has managed to alienate so many key players.

When people on here spoke about experience at this level, his lack of resume, etc and others brushed it off and said everybody "needs to get their chance somewhere" I hope they can answer for this now. A coach that cannot foster unity within the dressing room fails at the first hurdle, even before getting into tactical decisions, player selection, etc.

Under CQ no such disunity existed. I am sure some players were not always happy, but we never these scenes. We dont have a chance against the worlds best if we are going man for man, but our strength as a unit could make up for that (At least it is how we bridged gap to compete in 2018). That strength as a unit has evaporated.

Yeah, because under him he had a different discipline, didn't he? Did he get any playing time? Not that I remember.
