For him tbh team situation is not really that important, as long as they are midtable at least. He just needs many, many minutes to work on his fitness, touch, decision making, etc.

BC of his age he has time, but he needs to stay fit for a full 12 months and then we can really assess his true ceiling. ATM its clear he is still not back to his explosive self, to get the confidence to play as aggressively as he used to alone will be a long process, and thats not even getting into the many other improvements he needs to make to his game (tactical, technical).

Unfortunately it seems like the system the current coach plays doesn't utilize Allahyar well.
he's often isolated on the wing and has to pass the ball back to the CMs to be recycled.

I don't understand why Tufan is playing striker over Allahyar. I know it's not Allahyar's best position, but he's certainly better at it than Tufan.
