Taremi is like a star consultant that is busy touring the world and dealing with the biggest hitters on international scene on weekly basis. He brings joy and pride to the people of his country with his performances in these foreign companies.

IFF and TM, a shitty, iranian-run, joke of an entity has "hired" this individual to help their company not for any special salary, benefits, etc but instead by appealing to his sense of nationalism and helping his country. He is under no obligation to do such a thing, and already has done his job in this sense for his country by sacrificing critical years of his career for mandatory military service that many others have escaped from doing or complained day and night about.

Upon entering the company from abroad, this highly trained, qualified, resume-backed individual says there are a lot of fucked up things (working conditions, lower level management, etc) that will prevent the success of this Iranian company on international scene. Over half of the people in the company, all with additional training and qualifications from abroad agree with him. He relays some of these concerns to the supposed head of this company. He continues working in the meantime and obtains additional positive results for this company. He mentions problems again to them. They do nothing.

If this employer turns around and tells this star employee "hey shut up! We didnt ask for your input on how we are running things!" Who looks like a fool in this situation?

If a person with such a resume stays silent they are damaging their own credibility and reputation. It is their professional responsibility to be honest and speak out about the working conditions and lower level management in this company that are preventing ultimate success.
But Taremi is not a consultant mate. He is invested in TM success because if they do well it helps elevate his standing even further. He represents TM and Iran. A consultant comes in makes impartial suggestions and walks out likely never to be heard of again. IFF is the boss (unfortunately) and Taremi works under them. Even he said it's up to IFF to figure shit out and whose in and out. The closest thing to a consultant in the world of football are the "outside experts" commentators and "karshenas" nd media (unfortunately).

But that wasn't the point. My point was Taremi is in no place to make demands. He has to learn to work with the hand he is dealt with. Players can't be making changes and demands unilaterally. Even Ferdosipour brought this criticism up to Skocic given the rumours and he denied allowing players to make selections and tactical decisions.

he didnt make demands unilaterally. IF you dont remember taremi has not given ONE single interview to anybody for the last 4 years. He did his job and got us qualified for world cup with this shitty coach and federation and garbage preparations. He didnt say a thing, just saved our ass. WE looked like a recreational team the 2 times he didnt play.

I would also like the other players who supported Taremi to continue supporting him and walk out if they have to.

Consultant is saying the CEO is shit. Do you see both CEO and consultant staying in the company??? One has to go, no?

No. But you posted a suggestion he should demand change etc from iff or just walk out. I was commenting on your suggestions. Never said he made demands.

Let's do a summary of events and the most probable outcome of it.
IFF hires a charlatan named Wilmots after CQ.
He is then fired after literally puts out all our hopes of qualifying for WC in round 2 of the Asian WC qualifications.
No one is interested in the job.
Dragan Skocic takes on the job. His resume isn't strong. But he is cheap at a time when IFF is short on cash.
              A lot of people complain.
Everyone from the Ministery of sport to IFF to the coaching staff and players pull their weights and work in harmony
              to qualify. We succeed.
Immediately after we have qualified Taremi and a few others start a campaign to get Skocic fired! Because "he is not good enough for them"!!
Then he responds back by saying Iranian players are blah blah
Taremi gets uppity and post a story that it is you.
He then does not answer his calls. He is not invited to TM's last two games.
The feud is resolved and TM is back on the track
Friendlies with Canada and Uruguay are arranged.
Iranians living outside Iran start a campaign to get this important friendly cancelled. They succeed.
As a last resort a camp is organised in Qatar!! Whatever were they thinking?
Iran plays rubbish against a not a strong team and loses 2-1
Campaign to fire Skocic starts to role again.
He is fired/not fired/fired/not fired/ Until IFF makes a final decision to keep him on.
And where we are is a battered TM that is almost the same as when Skocic took over.
Just like two years ago when we all thought we were as good as out of the WC,
we all think we are as good as knocked out of the group stage with 0 points.
But we all also know that if we all work in harmony and pull our weights from
the Ministery of sports to IFF, coaching staff, and players and us 12th man, we can do it again.
Because we have already done it once before!
Come on TM Come on everybody!
