Im just joking koorosh jan
I could just as easily put up a poll from Taremi point of view....You are the best player in a national team that has hired a coach you believe is not up to the task and will be disastrous for WC. You have led a campaign to get rid of him and met with failure till now with 4 months left...you either quit the team, swallow your pride, or quit the team and hope that someone will bring you back after liver in the middle (mianjegary!)!!

We need to do this over and over again until players realize their place in a team. Bronko didn't do it in 2006 and we saw the result. CQ did this with Rahmati and others, and we saw the results in 2014 and 2018. Skocic should do it with Taremi. We have to sacrifice Taremi's talent for the unity of the team. Team unity >>>>> any one player.

Chill out guys, we know the only line we are quite strong is the forward line. So Taremi out or in does not really puncture our already punctured TM. We should worry about defence, MF and even goal!

He is the player who starts the press and the player who starts the counter - he runs back and helps out his defence and midfield and frees up space for Azmoun up front.

"Taremi in or out does not already puncture our already punctured TM"
Personally for me, nothing is further from reality

So how do you as a coach deal with rebellion in the ranks...some of you are coaches...how would you deal with someone who wants you out and may openly disagree with your tactic making them ineffective?

He is currently our best player, the closest we have to a superstar. He will be the one that the opposition will be worried about the most, with him being out of them you give the opposition a psychological boost.
Ultimately, the situation will work it’s way out one way or the other. I think O-Zone had some good ideas for how this can be dealt with going forward. Communication goes through the team captain only and he is the one who is interviewed. They will have to work together if Skocic is our manager at the World Cup (anything can happen with our federation).
Taremi is getting to an age where this is potentially his last chance of playing at a World Cup, he knows he is a better player than 4 years ago. He knows he was the one who missed the chance against Portugal and he wants to right the wrong - there us a lot of pressure on him and he is obviously in annoyance with what he feels should be done even as the basics behind the scenes and in training etc.
