Ferdowsipour: "What would you say, if CQ said Iranian players can improve tactically."

Taremi: "CQ would never say this."

Meanwhile CQ: "Iranian player are 60 years behind European players."

All hail the God King, Master of Bus Parking, Lord of discipline.

C'mon, you know CQ was referring to our infrastructure, youth development, sporting facilities, etc, etc. He's damn right we're 60 years behind! Plus the negative 40 years with IR, we're actually about 100 years behind total =)

I wouldn't drop Mehdi for his comments if I didn't drop Salah for those. That's the point I'm making. Salah basically called CQ enemy of Egyptian fans.

Can you give me the exact quote. As far as I remember his exact wording was that Iranian football and our league is 60 years behind Europe. Also saying the the condition of IPL players is far inferior (yet his fittest players were IPL players).

Well it could have been a lot worse, at least he didn't say Iranian players are 61 years behind European players.

No lies told there. As far as our fitness, it’s been a huge issue. You only need to look at before and after photos of our players when they go from IPL to Euro teams. AK8 and Magath’s medevil training sessions was the extreme version of that. Taremi and Azmoun dropped their weight after joining their current teams.

Yes, if we’re gonna criticize someone, we should at least have an exact quote. Perhaps some things have been misremembered and misinterpreted over the years…

Decent, dignified coaches dont like trouble makers. No matter if those trouble makers created the mess for or against them.

Did he finally manage to convince you?

First of all who was talking about lies? Did Skocic lie about the fact that Iranian players could improve tactically?? How is that not ok, but saying they lack conditioning is OK. (I know why, don't bother to answer)

Also, how could this not be a lie of your two fittest players at that moment where Omid and Amiri, both playing in the IPL.
                      (Again don't bother to answer)

yeah after CQ diagnosed the problem and had the domestic players come in to PEC for individual sessions focussing on fitness, recovery during the week between PGPL games. Something Skocic assistant Tot said he didnt see a need for in lead up to WC bc "clubs will handle their players fitness". And we all saw how that ended, Perspolis runninng one of our most key players into the ground months before start of WC. Quite literally they broke his back. Lets see how it affects his fitness levels at age 34 moving forward.

Unbelievable that Tot said this - how are you not going to optimize such a space?

The Skocic regime - from his assistants downwards - always try to outsource everything to others from friendlies, to camp conditions etc. Mind you, a proper FA has to take care of these things but this is IR Iran. Stop living in an alternative universe and get with it. Idiocy and unprepardness.

These guys are out of their depths.
"This is a totalitarian system whose presence people feel in their blood and in their flesh on a daily basis. And it’s one that does not grant freedoms of any kind, or accommodate people’s demands in any way. What is increasingly clear is that there is clear demand for change in the regime. What the people want is regime change, and no return to the past. There is a very real possibility of regime change." - Nasrin Sotoudeh

Unfortunately we have a small group who seem to be having a significant impact and seem to be ever-present 24/7. Facts, schmacts....

Yes people develop world class conditioning in 1 week, or 1 month for that matter..... Maybe in the universe where CQ is God King they do.

Amiri and Omid always had crazy stamina. This has nothing to do with king CQ.
