I think that firing Skocic, giving an opportunity to players such as Taremi to relay a lot of negative facts about TM's training conditions (whether true or false), and bringing Skocic back again after all of this results in a divided team.
The questions is, why was Skocic fired in the first place? If he's back now, does it mean that we're accepting that he has all those issues? How can there be trust in him from players and people when a decision was made to fire him and without any changes to his attitude, he's suddenly back? I would put this on IFF and those who made such decision rather than blaming Skocic and players like Taremi for speaking out. This shows how incompetent these leaders are and keep in mind some if not most of what Taremi spoke of was lack of management and some of the things that are out of the hands of a coach alone.
