For the rest you are reaching…currently we are dealing with regular call ups for sarlak and rafiei! Not to mention the group of 5 total losers added on an extended list for no technical reason last time….
Sarlak is crushing it this season.

Honestly man, I’m sick of Hajisafi. His best isn’t good enough. We’ve seen him tested at that level at LB and he’s not good enough.

I just want someone to come in and completely sweep us off our feet like Teymourian in 06, or Amiri and Ebrahimi in 2018.

Crushing what exactly...you need to take PP goggles off sometimes bro, the guy offer close to nothing, is slower than a turtle, cant complete a pass longer than 10 yards, and has zero technicality. Even physically he is not very imposing.

At LB the issue is well documented. Domestic options are basically Jalali and thats it. Even he is highly limited in most respects but at least physically gholdor and pretty quick. Norafkan is even benched now by zakipour, PP still playing a CB at LB.

Norafkan we can all agree is worst of the bunch.

Hajsafi is proving to an independent coach for the 2nd year running that he is superior to milad. You may be sick of him (as I am/was too) but simple reality is he is good physical shape, he is in solid form, and in terms of experience and technicality is still levels above nourafkan, milad.

Look at the guys hajsafi is playing with:

Vida - long time croatian NT starting CB
Tzavellas - long time starter in Greek NT (history of producing excellent defenders)
Szymanski - fix in polish NT
        Pineda - starter for Mexico
Zuber - long time starter for Switzerland
Mantalos - another long time starter for Greek NT in midfield
Gacinovic - just signed from hoffenheim. Regular in Serbian NT...

If hajsafi was as useless as you say he wouldnt be in AEK squad, let alone starter for 2 separate coaches... We can keep waiting for an ebrahimi, Amiri, or teymourian but they will not come in the next 2 months for this position (LB). Which is long standing issue of ours. Discarding hajsafi bc he is not amazing would be making a bad problem much worse.

Maybe in other positions guys like hosseinzadeh, mehdipour, yasin can spring surprises.

Great to see, he needed a confidence boost as much as anyone in TM right now

You clearly miss his point and haven't watched him play regularly
First he is not slow at all, barely DM are very fast, he is ok. He read the game quite well, yes he is not technically gifted, and that is why he is DM but saying he is shit shows you didn't even watched enough of him.
Also He is 181 not short at all though.

The guy deserves his TM call up and few mins he got or even started a game in qualifiers.
He is a hard working DM and won't be surprised given more chances and visibilities he ends up in some 2nd rated league. Clearly faster than AK, Saeid.(his problem is kooone goshaad mainly)
He is not DM first or 2nd choice maybe but he is improving his game.
At this stage all he can control is keep performing. Yeah, crappy league but 1/3 to half TM squad still play in IPL, just to remind you....
So far he played 360/360 min in league.

Apparently Hajisafi caused a penalty last game for his team.

Did not see the replay, so don't know the details.

                  Hajsafi mistake was so bad...

he tried to claim he was pushed off corner (when nothing had actually happened), threw his hands up, and the guy headed the ball and it hit his hand.

he was subbed before min 60 for milad.

I saw the second half when Milad replaced Hajisafi... Milad is solid defensively. Very high chance of him being in the squad for WC in my opinion.

The lads have more competition, AEK just recently signed World Cup winner Djibril Sidibé.

thankfully a right back or else that would have been lights out for both of them

Amaateur defending. Persepolis killed Shiri for a dumb foul like that - meanwhile Hajisafi with over 100 caps is still pulling stuff like this in a poor league.

hajsafi played 65, then was subbed out for milad who played the rest.

                            They won 2-0.
