That's correct, I'm surprised this was sent to review since it's not really clear and obvious and more ambiguous. If the referee awards a penalty, should have been no review. If they don't award one, no review either.

Referee should never be impacted by the home crowd and players swarming (remember Iran-Portugal in 2018 with the 90th min handball that went to review, that was dubious too) but I think he was. Given the stabbing incidents that happened recently I think everyone may have been on high alert and that could have impacted the outcome.

And wow, the encroachment from Vida was definitely there. Defenders also encroached and when both do, it should be a retake.
