Im entertaining the thought of keeping Hashemian.
thinking he have been there for a while and has worked under CQs methods. Sure he isnt making any noise during this iff chaos and isnt in media but he seemes also to not creat bad enviroment. Taking this from CQ keeping him during his long spell. Compared to bringing in someone who maybe doesnt work out.
Bringing the same team as during CQ or as close as possible is probably the best thing.
Rememering when Ferguson left United the new coach brought a whole new team, everybody in staff that worked long time in a succecful enviroment and recepie and their gathered knowledge was gone in a second.
Maybe keep the best from Skocics era aswell. Goaliecoach iv heard was good if im not mixing stuff up, if he can work with CQ can move forward being split up from Sko without problems that is.
Same with taking back Bagheri in the staff.
Just my thought about minimalizing risk with possible issues that we actually can pruduce an effect upon.
TM needs a fresh start.
But offcource I feel bad for Skokic even though i have written and believe its a good idea to switch.
(I actually changed my mind after a game and supported him for a while but back again with change is best thing.) He did bring the team together and made them play without to much emotions during those 4 games and under qualification and that is an accomplishment not many has mastered in TM.
We have mostly except vs korea and algeria went on stablie performances during the games against lesser teams. Sadly his ability to fix the defence play and ability to take poor timed vacation made him miss wc. Its probably his dream and he would give it up to a good contract that makes this sad exict go all the way. Wish he would fixed the defence game and was a bit more respected and treated even during this long exitprosecc. In a way if that was possible, im sure he would rather work with CQ, extra coach/assistant and maybe welcomed him that se no wc.
<In a way it would be a good combo. CQ head coach and Skocic as senor head assistant coach.
I say that bcuz his positive sides as a coach and not bcuz i feel bad for him.
In the same way id like Ali Daei to be invited as offensive mental coach and can sit down with players, show them vids of analyses of their games and give them tips.
Same goes with experianced MF and D, DM, WB/WD + GK, one for each department. That would be ultimate. Their task would be to analyze their pool of TM players, talk it through so their adives match with the other poolcoaches and then sit one and one and even in groups with the players.
Man there is so many ideas one could implement through that approach, + groupbonding and coordination that can benefit on the field.
But we lack time, a 3-4 week special camp for this stuff would be awsone right before wc, with room for 1-2 week wc camp right before game 1 for friendlies. since 2 weeks is to short for and one would need wc squad in place for this, fifa makes this not optimal anyway..
i have many ideas and think the stuff except training, eating sleeping and headcoach stuff is very important.
Building trust, comfort outside comfortzone, responsibility and coordinace inside the group takes its effect on the play in the field.
TM needs a a tecnical bootcamp.
I found this on google, something like this could help us, too late now but for the long camp but to take home asia cup?
*********** technical bootcamp features high technical training with non-stop pace; players are on the ball for the entire duration of the class and the class teaches combination skills of sets of 7-11 different fast foot skills per class.
Skills are demonstrated step by step, added in combination skills in different gauntlets/low-pressure situations and implemented in 1v1 and ‘outnumbered’ (1v2, 1v3) situations.
The curriculum includes ball mastery, creativity on the first touch, creating spaces in game pressured situations and master full pressure 1v1 situations.
The purpose of multiple fast foot skills and combination moves is to teach players to be creative, always be able to off-balance an opponent anywhere in the field and think ahead while making skills on the ball. This is an advanced class.

the life of any skocic staff will be on danger AFTER WE HAVE
OUR FIRST L under cq. i can imagine cq running an assist
and run him over with a car AND ACCUSE HIM OF SELLING HIS TRADYGY TO THE OPPNENT.
its best a through z cq bring his own people.
