I think the missing piece here is that is isn't a guarantee you get 90 mins. You're taking a risk going there. In life, if you want to succeed undoubtedly you need to take risks. Sometimes you strike gold (Taremi), sometimes it doesn't really work out. It's cliche, but if you don't try you will never know. I agree if it doesn't work out, best case is to go somewhere where consistent playing time is given

What Id really like to see is a ban on going to UAE. Way better to have players in Iran develop than wasting their time there playing for a government that despises us and wants to erase our culture

Maybe kateb is right. Apart from 2 or 3 who is doing anything in Europe? Even Azmoun should go back to Iran. Will he better prepared for tournaments if he is sitting on the bench in Bundesliga or scoring 30-35 with Persepolis in Ipl and Acl? The domestic clubs get stronger and TM benefits because its possible to have more TM camps. Big role on big team like Taremi is ok or a few young players like Sayyad, Hosseinzadeh, Salmani.. Rest should call it a day and go home.

our own league has good quality when teams have good players.
look at foolad vs teraktor
sirjan vs sepahan
2 great games with all 4 teams having good players
strong league= asia success and will eventually lead to
wc success.
but until we have agents they will transfer hossein kaaabi
right now AGEH BEHESHOON ROOO BEDIM.
there should be seminars and classess for all persian players enter pgl so they can make smart decisions.
