Great point. Just because somebody played in qualifiers doesnt secure their spot for tournament. We see it time and again. Amiri also never played CM for us before WC. Milad was the LB in all of qualifiers and suddenly hajsafi took the spot.

The closest sarlak who has never left Iran or nour who is a bench warmer in UAE mall league would ever get to championship football, let alone PL football is on a PlayStation. If you actually think those guys are better or more effective than him in anything then we can just agree to disagree…..I don’t think anyone would agree with you on that besides skoochee himself.

And before you say again CQ didn’t rate the guy that’s also simply not true. When CQ was here he had Sardar Taremi Dejagah JB (in his best form), Gucci (coming off 20 goal season), Karim (in his top form) as his forwards/wingers…..saman was never a CM option like he is now.
Context matters which you are disregarding by trying to paint him with the same brush by saying this coach and that coach doesn’t rate him.

Say what you want and you know the answer at the end is that it is the coaches who decide, Sko may be a joke, but he hasn't been trusted on regular base by any coach since he left France.
