like you said the biggest reason for these ex stars of TM CQ bashing is because during his last long tenure in charge of TM CQ slowly but very effectively put an End to Star-Player Worshipings of our yesteryear football ..! and finally enabled us to Put the Team well above All Individuals who had taken or were taking part in it entirely ..!!
